1.Customer will be MONAVI Member Club member once they consume RMB2000
or above in a consumption. And member will get a greeting gift.

2.A gift coupon will sent to member correspondence address which verify by
MONAVI. Member can go to MONAVI shop to get another greeting gift with
bringing the effective coupon, own member card, and ID card.

3.MONAVI Member Club have 4 kinds of Membership according to the accumulate
consumption as following:
Member, Gold Member, Gemstone Member, Diamond Member

4.Member will be upgrade to Gold Member if RMB10,000 accumulate consumption
recorded. Gold member will be upgrade to Gemstone Member if RMB50,000
accumulate consumption recorded. Gemstone Member will be upgrade to
Diamond Member if RMB100,000 accumulate consumption recorded.

5.The Member Cardholder will earn 1 bonus point for every RMB1 spent on
consumption. The Gold Member Cardholder will earn 1.5 bonus points for every
RMB1 spent on consumption. The Gemstone Member Cardholder will earn 2 bonus
points for every RMB1 spent on consumption. The Diamond Member Cardholder
will earn 3 bonus points for every RMB1 spent on consumption.

6.Customer can also be MONAVI Gold member or above if their first consumption
meet the require amount of that grade. Also, the bonus points will be count as that
membership counting method.

7.If consumption can have enough amounts to upgrade the membership, bonus
points of that amount will also count in new method of that new grade.

8.MONAVI Member can lend their own card to friends. That person should provide
the cardholder’s number, contact number and name. And that consumption
bonus point will count in the cardholder’s account.

9.All special offer price product, promotion products, and product with 30%
off discount or lesser will not have bonus point in the Member’s Membership
account.

10.MONAVI Member Club member can submit a redemption gift application form
in MONAVI shop and apply for the gift if your account has enough bonus point.
If application success by the verification of MONAVI, Member will receive a gift
redemption coupon within 30 working days, and go to the allocated shop to get
the gift with effective coupon.

11.In the event of disputes regarding the calculation of Bonus Points, the system
records of the MONAVI Member Club shall prevail and be binding on all MONAVI
members.

12.Bonus Points accrued to a member’s account cannot be transferred or
combined with any other account, even if such accounts belong to the same
registered member.

13.Fraud and abuse relating to the earning of bonus points or the placing of
redemption orders may result in the forfeiture of accrued bonus points as well as
the MONAVI‘s cancellation of the Cardholder‘s MONAVI Member Card account.

14.MONAVI reserves the right to amend the above Terms and Conditions from time
to time and is entitled at any time without any liability in any manner whatsoever
to terminate this program without prior notice.
